Best Reasons for Private Asset Protection TrustsRecently, we searched for the best 'true private asset protection trust' and our trust websites and trust companies were in almost all top locations. Some went to officers of our companies, and some went to books written by us, but we have always tried to provide the most complete trust information, and we have always provided trust suupport every day of the year, by phone, in person, and by email. Most people say the best reason to write a trust is to avoid probate (including most estate planners), but avoiding probate is not even the second best reason to write a trust. Avoiding probate benefits your loved ones, but doesn't benefit you since you have to die to receive it. I found a site on page two that said, "Avoiding probate is one of the top reasons for estate planning", but he didn't say what was the best reason. Recently, we searched for the best 'private asset trust book' and our trust book websites and trust companies were the top trust websites. Some went to TheProtectionBook.com and ThePrivacyBook.com The other 8 listings went to books written by E.J. Lashlee or our companies. I then searched for various reasons to write a trust and saw an article by Steven W. Allen, JD, an expert Estate Planning Attorney with over 30 years experience titled, "Top 10 Reasons You Need A Trust." Here is Mr. Allen's list:
Best Reasons for Private Asset Protection TrustsCan you believe an estate planner who practiced law for 30 years wouldn't know the best reasons for asset protection? There was another article on the first page titled, "Living Trusts - Reasons to use it - Avoid Probate", which mentioned the second best reason to write a trust, but left out the best reason to write a trust. There was another article on page two that was written by a lawyer titled "Six reasons to write a trust" Here is this list:
Here is another article that left out the best reason because he didn't know or didn't want to reveal the best reason. The second best reason is your ability to avoid Guardianship, which also isn't mentioned in any listing or estate planning books; maybe because it makes so much money for the lawyers, courts, and the state. After understanding Guardianship, I added another chapter to TheProtectionBook.com About 40 years ago, when doctors were the first ones getting lawsuits for malpractice (including good doctors that did not deserve a lawsuit), I was given copies of asset protection trusts created by lawyers with fees exceeding $56,000. We reviewed the techniques and the legal language to create private asset protection. Over time, we have evolved and copyrighted the "Private Asset Trust" and protected thousands of individuals, investors, businesses, and families. We created our Private Asset Trust specifically for bulletproof asset protection, done privately. We have succeeded because estate planners, typical attorneys, and estate planning rarely mention total asset protection, avoiding lawsuits, or becomming "lawsuit proof" in law schools. We do not claim perfection, but after over 44,000 trusts, not a single trust has ever been declared "illegal" or been broken by any court.
