Best Reasons for Private Asset Protection TrustsRecently, we searched for the best 'true private asset protection trust' and our trust websites and trust companies were in almost all top locations. Some went to officers of our companies, and some went to books written by us, but we have always tried to provide the most complete trust information, and we have always provided trust suupport every day of the year, by phone, in person, and by email.Most people say the best reason to write a trust is to avoid probate (including most estate planners), but avoiding probate is not even the second best reason to write a trust. Avoiding probate benefits your loved ones, but doesn't benefit you since you have to die to receive it. Recently, we searched for the best 'private asset trust book' and our trust book websites and trust companies were the top trust websites. I then searched for various reasons to write a trust and saw an article by Steven W.
